Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.

Public Hearing RDA – Thomas O. & Debra J. Threlfall, 114 Quaker Lane, Map 6 Lot 19D.
A Request for Determination Application was filed by Thomas O. & Debra J. Threlfall for property located on 114 Quaker Lane, which is also identified as Lot 19D on Assessors Map 6. The Applicants propose to construct an in-ground swimming pool & perimeter patio partially within the 100 ft. Buffer Zone of an off-site Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The RDA was submitted by Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc.
