Danny Savery Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academies, with locations in Somerset, MA, Fairhaven, MA, and Bristol, RI, had an incredible showing at the recent New Breed BJJ Federation tournament, bringing home major team awards and proving once again what hard work, consistency, and teamwork can accomplish.
We are proud to announce that Danny Savery BJJ earned: 1st Place Overall Team Champions; 1st Place Kids Team Champions; 3rd Place Adult Team Champions
These results are a reflection of the dedication inside all three of our academies — Somerset, Fairhaven, and Bristol. Every medal, every match, and every team trophy represents hours of training, sacrifice, support, and belief.
A True Team Effort On and Off the Mat
Competition success does not happen alone. Behind every competitor is a team of coaches, training partners, parents, guardians, teammates, and supporters helping them prepare every step of the way.
We want to give a huge thank you to all of our students, parents, guardians, teammates, and coaches who helped support our competitors both on and off the mat. These athletes would not be where they are without your training, guidance, dedication, and encouragement.
Whether you were coaching from the sidelines, helping a teammate get ready, driving your child to practice, cheering from the stands, or pushing someone through a tough round in the academy, you played a part in this success.

A big thank you goes out to all the coaches who came out to coach at this tournament. Your leadership, knowledge, patience, and commitment make a huge difference for our competitors.
Coaching at a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament takes focus, energy, and heart. Our athletes were able to step onto the mats with confidence because they knew their coaches were there to guide them, support them, and help them perform at their best.
The results speak for themselves, but more importantly, the way our team carried themselves showed the strength of our academy culture.

We are extremely proud of every Danny Savery BJJ competitor who stepped on the mats. Win or lose, competing takes courage. It teaches confidence, discipline, resilience, and mental toughness.
