PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts for the following Applications:
NOI
Public Hearing NOI – Austin J. Cusson, Hathaway Road, Map 12 Lot 15E-1.
The Applicant proposes to demolish the existing building and clean the site of all concrete pads and stockpile areas for the purposes of constructing a single-family dwelling, modifying the existing gravel driveway, installing a septic system and underground utilities together with filling and grading within the 100 ft. Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and within the 200 ft. Riverfront Boundary of a perennial stream. The NOI was submitted by Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc.

Public Hearing RDA – Jennifer & Charles Anderson, Hathaway Road, Map 14 Lots 8B & 8C.
A Request for Determination of Applicability was filed by Jennifer & Charles Anderson for property located at Hathaway Road, Map 14, Lots 8B & 8C. The Applicants propose the construction of a gravel driveway and installation of a water service pipe, utility poles and overhead wires partially within the 100 ft. Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The RDA was submitted by Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc.
