Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Conservation Commission will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, § 40) and the Code of the Town of Fairhaven Chapter 192, Wetlands Bylaw. The meeting will be located at Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.

Copies of the applications and site plans may be viewed at the Conservation Office in Town Hall, located at 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA and links to the applications are on the Town Website under current filings.
a. CON 023-569, SE 023-1528: 5 Lafayette Street, Map 13, Lot 048 Notice of Intent (revised) filed by Albert Santos to construct a proposed 6’W x 90’L fixed wooden pier supported by wood piles culminating in a 10’W X 18’L fixed deck area. A 20’L gangway will extend from this fixed deck to an 8’W x 75’L float secured by wooden piles; proposed piles will disturb a total of 20.5 square feet. The applicant also proposes a 24’W x 29’L garage to be connected to the existing dwelling with a 7’W x 12.5’L breezeway. This site falls within Coastal Beach, Coastal Bank, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage (LSCSF), FEMA Flood Zone AE, (El.6’).
b. CON 023-586: 7 Windward Way, Map 29, Lot 002R Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Earl Maxfield to construct a 20’ x 20’ garage within LSCSF, FEMA Flood Zone, (AE 16’).
c. CON 023-587, SE 023-____: 162 Main Street, Map 12, Lot 8 Notice of Intent filed by Ray Charles Realty Trust to construct/install a private Boat Lift. System to require the installation of (4) 12” diameter timber piles using a crane resting on a barge. The site falls within LSCSF, FEMA Flood Zone AE (El.6’), Salt Marsh, Coastal Bank, Coastal Beach, and work to take place within Land containing Shellfish.
d. CON 023-404, SE 023-1445: 8 Starboard Drive, Map 42, 9P Request for an Amended Order of Conditions filed by Teek Properties to modify the Sewer Disposal System and reduce the leeching area by 60%. The site falls within LSCSF, FEMA Flood Zones, VE (El. 17 & 19’).
e. CON 023-588, SE 023-____: 54 Reservation Road, Map 29A, Lots 315 & 316 Notice of Intent filed by Sandeep Gupta & Elizabeth Faria to install break-away panels and to relocate the existing driveway to access the new garage space below; break-away panels will be installed around the perimeter of the house’s concrete column foundation. The site falls within LSCSF, FEMA Flood Zone, VE (El.16 & 20’).
