Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Conservation Commission will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, § 40) and the Code of the Town of Fairhaven Chapter 192, Wetlands Bylaw. The meeting will be located at Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.

CON 023-490, SE 023-1496: 3 Earle Street (Formerly 0 Perry Street), Map 31A, Lot 434 Request for Amended Order of Conditions filed by Vermette Development to install a sewer forcemain within the Earle Street right-of-way and to connect to the existing forcemain within the Jenny Street right-of-way. Work to take place within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to the Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW) and MassWildlife’s Natural Heritage & Endangered Species Program (NHESP) Estimated Habitats of Rare Species.
