PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 25th beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Police Station located at 64 Middle Road, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing NOI – Kelly Chasse – 4 Elderberry Drive / Map 16 and Lot 171 (MassDEP NOI File Number SE 001-0621). A Notice of Intent was filed by Kelly Chasse for property located at 4 Elderberry Drive in Acushnet, Massachusetts 02743, Map 16, Lot 171. The applicant proposes to construct a residential addition at the existing single-family dwelling. The applicant is represented by Christian Farland of Farland Corp.
