• Case #2026.03.24A A case of Maurice A. Bergeron for property located at 11 Rogerson Avenue. The Petitioner seeks a Variance pursuant to Sec. 3.3.1E (3) (c), to construct a 22’ X 24’ Garage, 6 ft. from the side setback vs. the required 15 ft. setback.
• Case #2026.03.24B A case of Ryan Rego of Isaksen Solar for property located at 1046 Main Street, Map 7, Lot 24A. The Petitioner seeks a Variance pursuant to Sec. 3.3.1E (3) (c). to install a Ground Mounted Solar System 8 ft. from the side setback vs. the required 15 ft.
• Case #2026.03.24C A Case of Noah Drew Gomes for property located at 0 Lambert Street (NOTE STREET CORRECTION), Map 18, Lot 121. The Applicant seeks a Special Permit pursuant to Sec. 3.3.1E (1) (7), to build a Single-Family Dwelling located on this non-conforming lot with a non-conforming pre-existing garage.
