Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Police Station Meeting Room, located at 64 Middle Road, Acushnet, Massachusetts.

• Public Hearing NOI – MD Southcoast Properties, LLC, 72 Middle Road, Map 24 Lot 35. A Notice of Intent and Stormwater Permit Application was filed by MD Southcoast Properties, LLC for property located at 72 Middle Road, Map 24, Lot 34. The Applicant proposes to construct three duplex buildings, to perform associated site work and to construct a detention pond within the 100 ft. Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and to perform minor clearing, filling and grading within the 200 ft. Riverfront Boundary. The applicant is represented by Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc.
