PUBLIC HEARING
otice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing NOI – Meet in the Middle, LLC, Acushnet MA, Map 23 Lot 1B. A Notice of Intent was filed by Sitec Engineering & Environmental Inc., on behalf of the applicant for property located at 0 Middle Road, shown as Assessors’ Map 23 Lot 1B. The project consists of the construction of a single-story commercial storage building with office space and a contractors yard for material and supply storage with associated paved parking, utilities, stormwater management controls, and landscaping located on the southern side of Middle Road. The proposed work is shown on a plan titled “Proposed Contractors Yard/ Storage Facility” dated December, 2025 by Sitec Engineering & Environmental Inc. The applicant is represented by Chris Vandenberghe, P.E. of Sitec Engineering & Environmental Inc.
