PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 24, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing NOI – Edward P. Silva, 49 Hathaway Road, Acushnet MA, Map 12 Lot 9-D. A Request for Determination of Applicability was filed by Edward P. Silva for property located at 49 Hathaway Road, shown as Assessors’ Map 12 Lot 9-D. The applicant proposes to install a new septic system within the buffer zone of bordering wetlands. The proposed work is shown on a plan titled “Plan of Site & Repair of Subsurface Sewage Disposal” dated October 27, 2025 by Charon Associates Inc. The applicant is represented by Rick Charon, P.E. of Charon Associates Inc.
