PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 24, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing NOI – Gary Nichols at Thomas Hill Road / Map 3 and Lot 8.4. A Notice of Intent was filed by Gary Nichols for property located at Thomas Hill Road, Map 3, Lot 8.4. The applicant proposes to construct a sewage disposal system, grading, driveway, and roof infiltration within the buffer zone.
