Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing – NOI – Jose Castelo / Map 18 Lot 18G – Lot 13 Park Drive (Deep Brook Estates) A Notice of Intent was filed by Deep Brook Estates LLC/ Jose Castelo for property located at Map 18, Lot 18G. The applicant proposes construction of a single-family dwelling with associated drainage, grading, tree removal, and utilities. The applicant is represented by Jamie Bissonnette of Zenith Consulting Engineers, LLC. Plan name is “Subsurface Sewage Disposal System New Construction” dated September 19, 2025.

The applicant proposes construction of a single-family dwelling with associated drainage, grading, tree removal and utilities. The applicant is represented by Jamie Bissonnette of Zenith Consulting Engineers, LLC. Plan name is “Subsurface Sewage Disposal System New Construction” dated July 1, 2025.
