Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.

• Public Hearing RDA – Perry Hill Estate Homeowners Association, 3 Tripps Way, Lots #25, #25D, #25E & #25F on Map #8. A Request for Determination was filed by the Perry Hill Estate Homeowners Association for property known as Tripps Way for the proposed installation of pavement on an existing gravel road. Work to be performed within the 100 ft. Buffer Zone of a B.V.W.
