The public is invited to the Miss Apple Peach Contest, Sat., 8/30, at 6 p.m., at Ford Middle School, 708 Middle Road, Acushnet. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Tickets available at the door only; $15 general admission, $10/students.

Clothing Drive
Jr. Miss Apple Peach, Willow Niles will be collecting essential items for local kids in need. We are seeking underwear, socks, pajamas, and plain t-shirts in youth to teen sizes. Bring your donations to the pageant. Items will be donated to the Department of Children and Families.
