Fairhaven has a high-tech helper to the harbor — a Jellyfishbot! This grant-funded autonomous aquatic robot is here to clean up floating debris…but first, it needs a name.
We’re looking for fun, creative, and maybe even historically inspired names that pay homage to Fairhaven’s coastal roots.
Here’s how it works:
• Submit your name idea(s) below
• We’ll narrow down the entries into a shortlist
• Then, join us at Huttleston HarborFest on Saturday, August 23rd at Fort Phoenix’s Grimshaw Park to vote for your favorite! Voting runs from 11AM to 3:30PM at the Fest, and the winning name will be chosen at 4PM from the top contenders.
Let’s give our Jellyfishbot a name that makes waves!
