Wednesday, May 28 at 6 pm – Judy & Barry DeRossi Quintet
The Judy & Barry DeRossi Quintet returns to the Acushnet Public Library to share songs from the Great American Songbook and more. Barry and Judy have played together for 58 years. Barry graduated from Berklee College of Music and has performed throughout New England and Florida. He has written and recorded songs for local commercials and the Acushnet Elementary Wild Cats theme. Judy graduated from SMU and taught general music at St. Mary’s Elementary School in Taunton and the DeRossi Music School. She has been a vocal judge for the New England Music Festival and Competition in Boston for the past few years.
This program has been funded by a donation from Interstate Equipment Rental & Sales to the Friends of the Acushnet Public Library.
