Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing – NOI – Brookside Realty Trust/ 1094 Main Street, Map 7, Lot 15 SE 001-0600 A Notice of Intent was filed by Brookside Realty Trust c/o John P. Mathieu, Trustee for property located at 1094 Main Street, Map 7, Lot 15. The applicant proposes to install a Title 5 septic system for the four family (5) bedroom dwelling with the installation of two (2) wells and water pipes located towards the rear of the property within the 100-ft. buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland. • Public Hearing – RDA – Acushnet Company/115 Manchester Lane, Map 11, Lot 25C.34 A Request for Determination was filed by Acushnet Company for property located at 115 Manchester Lane, Map 11, Lot 25C.34. The applicant proposes tree trimming and selective tree removal with stumps to remain. The applicant is represented by William Madden of G.A.F. Engineering. Plan name is “Plan to Accompany Request for Determination of Applicability”dated January 14, 2025.
