Notice of Public Hearing
The Town of Fairhaven will hold a Public Hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 in the Board of Public Works Conference Room, 5 Arsene Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719. In accordance with MGL Chapter 87, Section 3. Discussion of requested removal of 3 nonhazardous trees located at 27 Union Street (Maple 22” ±) and two at 32 Union Street (both Oak 26 ±). Anyone opposed to the removal of these trees should do so in writing per MGL 87 at said hearing.
