Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing – NOI – Deep Brook Estates, LLC / Park Drive & Deep Brook Drive Map 17 & 18 – Lots 66, 68, 70, 73, 74, 75, 77, 79, 80, 81, 83, 84 and Lots 18, 18G, 12S & 12R – SE -001-XXXX A Notice of Intent was filed Deep Brook Estates, LLC by for property located at Park Drive & Deep Brook Drive Acushnet, MA (Deep Brook Estates). The applicant proposes to finish construction on two (2) subdivision roadways and drainage for the development of a (15) lot single-family residential subdivision within the 100-foot buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland due to an expired Order of Conditions. The applicant is represented by Jamie Bissonnette of Zenith Consulting Engineers, LLC. • Public Hearing RDA – Brookside Realty Trust c/o John P. Mathieu / 1094 Main Street, Map 7 Lot 15A Request for Determination was filed by Brookside Realty Trust c/o John P. Mathieu for property located at 1094 Main Street. The applicant requests that the Conservation Commission confirm that the stream at the site is Intermittent. The applicant is represented by David M. Davignon of Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc. Plan name is “Plan to accompany RDA Application at 1094 Main Street in Acushnet, MA” dated October 3, 2024.
