On Wed., 10/16, at 7:00 pm, South Coast Progressive Voices (SCPV) will host Observations and Stories from the Border: Takeaways from an April 2024 trip to witness U.S. response to migrants at the Arizona/Mexico border, presented by UUSF member Kelly Ochoa, co-founder of Southcoast Welcome Corps.
The presentation will take place in the auditorium of Unitarian Memorial Church, 102 Green Street, Fairhaven. The venue is wheelchair accessible through a driveway located on Center Street.
South Coast Progressive Voices, an occasional speaker series sponsored by the Unitarian Universalist Society of Fairhaven, features experts in fields of broad public interest locally, regionally, and nationally.
