ACUSHNET CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing – NOI – NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy SE 001-XXXX A Notice of Intent was filed by NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy. The proposed work in the Town of Acushnet includes Lines 142/143 Replacement Project. The replacement of the two advanced age underground transmission lines, including a horizontal direction drill (HDD) under the Acushnet River and temporary wetland impacts from layout of the HDD casing. The applicant is represented by Eileen Piskura of POWER Engineers, Inc. Plan name is “Lines 142 & 143 115-kV Replacement Project” dated July 25, 2024.
