We’re looking for a few good…no GREAT people who would like to become a Specialized Clown and be a part of our brand new Clown Troop, a spinoff of our Smile Factory Clowns called the Southcoast FUNNY BONES! We will be performing frequently in our three local hospitals: Charlton in Fall River, St. Luke’s in New Bedford, and Tobey in Wareham.
Find out just how FUN and REWARDING it can be to have fun helping others who really need your “Caring Healing.” Our 1 night a week, 10-week class will give you all the tools you will need to start. Cost is $25 per class. Cost includes makeup, and other materials and costume guidance. Classes will be starting up in the middle of September.
If volunteering is something you’ve always wanted to do but didn’t know how- this may be the perfect fit!
Facts to know:
Hospital Caring Clowns wear very little make-up.
To take the class and belong to this troop you must be ages 18 to 101 years young, be willing to learn and have fun!
Classes will be at 88 Hatch Street Suite #213, New Bedford.
