Architectural Design and Construction Administration Services
Golf Course Clubhouse Project
The Acushnet River Valley Golf Course, through the Town of Acushnet, seeks proposals from licensed and registered Architectural firms to conduct a Feasibility Study which will include the development and evaluation of potential alternative solutions related to the Golf Course Clubhouse Design and, if approved, to provide architectural design and construction administration services related to the construction of the Golf Course Clubhouse. Proposal packages may be obtained at the golf course office, Acushnet River Valley Golf Course, 685 Main Street, Acushnet, MA 02743; e-mail info@ acushnet.ma.us; or by calling (508) 998-7777. Sealed Proposals are due in the golf course office no later than 11:00 AM on August 16, 2024.
In accordance with Chapter 7 of the Massachusetts General Laws, the fee for professional services will be negotiated based on a not to exceed limit.
The Town of Acushnet is the awarding authority. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities and to accept or reject any and all proposals and to award the contract as deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
