Notice is hereby given under Chapter 138, Section 15 of the MA General Laws that an open Board of Selectmen’s Meeting will be held at the Acushnet Town Hall, which is located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, MA, in the meeting room on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. to approve a transfer of a General On-Premise Annual All Alcoholic Beverages license from M.S. DeSilva, Inc. (d/b/a River’s End) to River’s End, Inc. (d/b/a River’s End), (Ernest P. Medeiros, Manager). The premises consists of a dining room to include lounge and kitchen area, cellar storage, additional playroom 14’ x 13’ with rear exit, storage cellar for storage 4’ x 20’ with separate outside entrance and internal door to cellar situated at 7½ Tarkiln Hill Road Acushnet, MA 02743.
