TOWN OF FAIRHAVEN PUBLIC HEARING
This is to inform you that a hearing will be held by the Select Board at Town Hall located at 40 Center Street, Fairhaven on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 6:30 pm. This hearing is on petition No. 16256483 of Nstar d/b/a Eversource. Install approximately 99’ (feet) of conduit and cable in town road northeasterly starting at newly installed FO Pole 136/3. To install one FO Pole labeled 136/3 with down guy approximately 145’ (feet) southeast of existing pole 136/2 on Jason Terrace at the corner of Rita’s Way.
