Hetty talk fills town hall auditorium

April 10, 2024 by Staff Writer

The Fairhaven Historical Society sponsored a free author talk by Charles Slack on his book “Hetty, the Genius and Madness of America’s First Female Tycoon,” about Hetty Green. The Fairhaven Town Hall was filled to the rafters, literally, with even the balcony seats filled up, and an estimated 300+ people showing up to  hear the talk on Thursday, 4/4/24.
