Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 6:30p.m. at the Town hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, MA to consider the following petition(s).
a. Case # 2017.02.07A – Rosa Ferreira of 49 Wing Road. Special Permit required to construct garage or private parking area for more than 1 truck or commercial vehicle on their property.
b. Case #2017.02.07B – Anna Kristiansen of 901Tobey Street. Special Permit required to construct an accessory apartment. Meeting all the requirements for such as defined in the protective by-laws Section 1.2 “B” and 3.4 “B”. 901 Tobey Street has private off-street parking and is connected to Municipal Water & Sewer.
