The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a meeting will be held by the Board on Tuesday, April 16th, at 6:30 P.M. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street. The following public hearings will be held
Old Business
1. Case #2024.02.20B A continuance of the case of Justin Lawrence, of 23 Birch Street, who is petitioning the Board for a 5,199 sq. ft. variance from the minimum 40,000 contiguous upland area (34,801 sq. ft. is provided) and a 100-foot variance from the minimum 150-foot frontage requirement (50 feet is provided) to construct a single-family dwelling on Lambert Street (assessor’s plat 18, lot 4G). This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.3.1E.
New Business
1. Case #2024.04.16A A case of Michael Reis, of 17 Roseanne Drive, Fairhaven, who is petitioning the Board for a special permit for a contractor yard at 177 Nyes Lane. This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.3.1D.
2. Case #2024.04.16B A case of Robert Gonsalves, of 6 Pine Street, who is petitioning the Board for variance to allow a two-family conversion on less than a 30,000 square foot lot. This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.3.4B5.
