ACUSHNET CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Police Station Conference Room located at 64 Middle Road, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Amended Order of Conditions – Acushnet Company – 115 Manchester Lane, Map 11, Lot 25C.34 SE 001-0571. A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions was filed by Acushnet Company for property located at 115 Manchester Lane. The applicant is proposing additional work consisting of the installation of utility poles, overhead wires, tree limb trimming and tree removal as necessary to provide three phase power service to the facility within the 100 ft. buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland. A small access area to provide the means to install the overhead lines is also proposed – this area is not located in a resource area or buffer zone. The applicant is represented by William Madden of G.A.F. Engineering, Inc. Plan name is “Plan to Accompany Request for Amended Order of Conditions for Installation of 3 Phase Power System” dated January 2, 2024.
