Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday January 23, 2024, at Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following application: SP24-01 50 Rodman Street – Matthew and Chelsea Varao, the owners of 50 Rodman Street, request a special permit to convert a planned second level of the existing garage into an Accessory Dwelling Unit. The property is located at Map 25 Lot 211.
