The Fairhaven High School Blue Devils football team beat the Salem Witches in the Divison 6 superbowl 26–22, taking home the Division 6 state championship on 11/30/23.
Justin Marques made four touchdowns and carried for 228 yards to lead the Blue Devils to victory. The team had a heroes’ sendoff with a ride around town past all the schools on the way out to Gillette Stadium on 11/30. And they had a great welcome when they returned with the trophy.
