PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing – NOI – Andrew & Aryana Gomes – Tripp’s Way, Map 8, Portion of Lots 25, 25E & 25F. SE 001-XXXX. A Notice of Intent was filed by Andrew & Aryana Gomes for property located at Tripp’s Way, Map 8, Portion of Lots 25, 25E & 25F – Subdivision Lot 2. The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, in-ground swimming pool and driveway, installation of a well, septic system and underground utilities, fill and grading with the 100 ft. buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland. The applicant is represented by David M. Davignon of Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc. Plan name is “Sewage Disposal System – Site Plan” dated October 24, 2023.
• Public Hearing – Stormwater – Robert Roderiques/ Hayes & Garfield Street, Map 15, Lot 372. A Stormwater Permit Application has been filed by Robert Roderiques for property located at Hayes & Garfield Street, Map 15 Lot 372. The applicant proposes to construct four (4) residential homes with driveways and stormwater management facilities. The applicant is represented by David M. Davignon of Schnieder, Davignon & Leone, Inc. Plan name is Site Plan Village Green at Hayes Street & Garfiled Street dated July 28, 2023.
