Haunted Halloween Party
Fairhaven TV’s 6th annual Haunted Halloween Party will be held on Thurs., 10/26, from 5–8 p.m., at Fairhaven Town Hall, 40 Center St., Fairhaven. FREE. A safe and fun environment to trick-or-treat plus a big party.
Featuring trick-or-treat tables, refreshments, with allergy-friendly and gluten-free options; Halloween movies; live entertainment; freaky photo booth; costume contest; ghoulish games; spooky arts and crafts; scavenger hunt, and more.

Trunk or Treat
Fairhaven Firefighters Local 1555 presents their 2nd annual Trunk or Treat, Sat., 10/28, Hastings Middle School, 20 School St., Fairhaven, starting at 6 p.m. (5:30 to set up your trunks). FREE. Bring the kids, dress up in your Halloween best to get some treats.
Haunted Animal Shelter
Join us at Fearhaven’s Haunted Shelter on Sat., 10/28, 5–7 p.m., at Fairhaven Animal Shelter, 200 Bridge St., Fairhaven. Featuring friendly ghouls and monsters from 5–6 p.m., scary ghouls and monsters from 6–7 p.m. Costumes welcome, ghouls tolerated.
Walk through the chilling kennels. Candy, donuts, coffee, hot chocolate. Wheelchair accessible. FREE. Donations accepted and appreciated. (Park across the street at Walmart.)
Horribles Parade
Join the North Fairhaven Improvement Association for the annual Halloween Horribles parade on Sun., 10/29, 5 p.m., starting at Benoit Square, along Main Street to St. Mary’s Church. Prizes for Most Horrible, Most Original, Most Beautiful for toddler to 4 yrs, 5–8 yrs., 9–12 yrs., 13–16 yrs., adults. Free treats and hot chocolate. FREE and open to everyone.
Acushnet Halloween Parade
Join us on Tuesday, October 31st beginning at 6pm for the annual Halloween Parade. Please meet in front of the fire station on Russell Street in Acushnet at Parting Ways.
The Fire Department will be distributing candy bags and apples outside the fire station.
Halloween Parade
The volunteer witches of the Marion Art Center have been brewing up plans for resuming our annual Halloween Parade around the town on Monday, October 31. Costumed characters of all ages are invited to join in for this fun family event! Participants should meet in front of the Marion Music Hall, 164 Front St. (we’ll line up on Cottage Street) at 4:00pm. Under the direction of Hannah Moore, the Sippican Elementary School drummers will lead the parade of witches and princesses, goblins and ghouls, wild animals, and spooky spirits. The parade route will head south on Front Street, up Main Street, north onto Spring Street and back down Cottage to the Music Hall. Once back at the Music Hall, the good witches of the Marion Art Center will hand out surprise goody bags. Come one, come all!
Halloween Parade
Padanaram Village
Tues., 10/31, 5 p.m. Join us for our Annual Costume Parade to start your Night of Trick-or Treating! Local businesses will be open to hand out candy; Dancing by Dancers Edge.
Parade begins at promptly at 5:00! Start in front of New Bedford Yacht Cluib, 238 Elm St., Dartmouth; end at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 1351 Elm St. Sponsored by Padanaram Community Coalition and The Padanaram Business Association.
