The Rotch-Jones-Duff House & Garden Museum (RJD) and Waterfront Historic Area League (WHALE) will co-present “Hometown: An Author’s Talk and Book-signing” with John K. Bullard on Tues., 9/26, 396 County St. Attendees are invited to join the author at 5 p.m. at a reception. The reading will begin at 5:30
