ACUSHNET CONSERVATION COMMISSION 

PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will holdpublic hearings on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.  

• Public Hearing – NOI – Norman and Maria Fredette / 185 Mattapoisett Road, Map 10 Lot 12A SE 001-XXXX. A Notice of Intent was filed by Norman and Maria Fredette for property located at 185 Mattapoisett, Map 10, Lot 12A. The applicant proposes to construct a new dwelling and complete the connection to an existing septic system. The applicant is represented by David Fredette of Fredette Engineering. Plan name is “Notice of Intent Submission Plan” dated August 8, 2023. 

• Public Hearing – Amended Order of Conditions – Nelson & Nancy Viveiros / Tripp’s Way, Map 8 Portion 25, 25D, 25E & 25FSE 001-0581. An Amended Order of Conditions was filed by Nelson & Nancy Viveiros for property located at Tripp’s Way, Map 8, Portion 25, 25D, 25E & 25F. The applicant requests changes to the house, driveway, septic system, barn, swimming pool and grading within the 100 ft. buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland. The applicant is represented by David M. Davignon of Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc. Plan name is “Sewage Disposal System – Site Plan” dated March 22, 2023 revised August 7, 2023. 

• Public Hearing – RDA – Estate of William Burtch / 5 Tillie Way, Map 14, Lot 4A. A Request for Determination was filed by the Estate of William Burtch for property located at 5 Tillie Way, Map 14, Lot 4A. The applicant proposes to install a Title 5 compliant septic system which includes a new septic tank, pump chamber and leaching area within the 100 ft. buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland. The applicant is represented by David M. Davignon of Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc. Plan name is “Sewage Disposal System Repair Plan” dated August 7, 2023. 

• Public Hearing – RDA – 7 Tillie Way, LLC / 7 Tillie Way, Map 14, Lot 4K A Request for Determination was filed by 7 Tillie Way LLC for property located at 7 Tillie Way, Map 14, Lot 4K.The applicant proposes to install a Title 5 compliant septic system which includes a pump chamber and leaching area within the 100 ft. buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland. The applicant is represented by David M. Davignon of Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc.Plan name is “Sewage Disposal System Repair Plan” dated August 7, 2023.
