Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday. August 22, 2023, at Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Special Permit application: 1) SP23-05 – Starbucks. The applicant, Michael W. Panagakos, is requesting approval through the Special Permit review process to create a new 2458 sf restaurant building with a drive-through on the site of the former Dunkin’ Donuts and the current Tropical Smoothie Café, 27 & 29 Alden Road. The proposal includes Fairhaven Map 26 Lots 13G and 13H.
