The Acushnet Public Library is pleased to announce the return of their outdoor Summer Concert Series. Concerts will be held under the pavilion located at 232 Middle RD in Acushnet on Wednesday evenings at 6 pm from June 14 through August 2. The 2023 lineup is as follows:
June 28 Pearly Baker Band: The Pearly Baker Band is known for playing Grateful Dead music, but they don’t consider themselves a cover band—they play Dead music their way. Early on, Pearly Baker realized that the Grateful Dead had created an interesting musical template that can be used by others to raise the level of joy in the world, song by song, show by show. The quartet features Tim Richmond on bass guitar, Ken Richards on guitar, Mike Mahoney on guitar and Eric Costa playing keyboard.
