The Acushnet Public Library is pleased to announce the return of their outdoor Summer Concert Series. Concerts will be held under the pavilion located at 232 Middle RD in Acushnet on Wednesday evenings at 6 pm from June 14 through August 2. The 2023 lineup is as follows:
June 14 Sinner’s Pie: Their music is Americana with Folk and Bluegrass stylings. It embodies themes of unwavering love, heartache, murder, trains, more murder (on and off trains), unrequited love, angels, demons, and of course, sinners. Their vocal arrangements sate the appetite with edgy, soulful melodies, entangled with rich and mournful harmonies. Their instrumentation is spirited and true to the soul.
