FAIRHAVEN SELECT BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Select Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday April 18, 2023, in the Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.
The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the restricting of parking to one side of the street, the north side, of Elm Avenue for the purpose of ensuring safe access to the marina. The location is Elm Avenue west of Main Street in Fairhaven to the Acushnet River.
