Tree Removal Hearing And Explanation/Discussion of Eversource Vegetation Management Activities in Town this spring
Thursday March 23 at 5:00 PM Fairhaven Town Hall Banquet Room 40 Center St, Fairhaven, MA. 02719 In accordance with MGL Chapter 87, Section 3. Discussion of requested removal by residents of 4 nonhazardous trees located at Fairhaven Police Dept Washington St 16” Hawthorne 108 Howland Rd Chestnut Tree 30 inches ABH 8 Sunset Lane Apple Tree 28 inches ABH 28 Welcome Street Pear Tree 7 inches ABH Anyone opposed to the removal of these trees should do so in writing per MGL 87 at said hearing.
