Acushnet Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a meeting will be held by the Board on Tuesday, January 31st, 2023, at 6:30 P.M. in the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street.
The following public hearing will be held
1. Case #2023.01.31A A case of Tammy Desnoyers, of 14 Budano Drive, who is petitioning the Board for 2 Variances for the construction of a large accessory building. This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.3.1 “E” (3) c and 3.3.1 “E” (5).
