Fairhaven is home to a new, independent pharmacy owned by lifelong Fairhaven resident Brian Meneses, who has been a registered pharmacist since 2009. A 2003 graduate of Fairhaven High School, Mr. Meneses said it has been a dream of his to bring a local, patient-first pharmacy to his friends, family and the community he calls home.
The pharmacy will harken back to the days of the independent pharmacist who knew all the customers, had the customer’s health foremost in mind, and even delivered medications. Mr. Meneses and his staff will help customers transfer their medications from their current pharmacy.
The pharmacy held a grand opening/ribbon cutting on Saturday, 10/1/22. Mr. Meneses and Sales Associates/Techs Thomas Cory and Marisa Oliveira welcomed friends, family, supporters and customers for a fun-filled day to celebrate the new endeavor.
Services include a 24-hour refill line, automatic refills, blood pressure monitoring, check free pay/bill pay, delivery, drug take back kiosk, lottery, notary public, one-on-one consultations, over the counter medications, print/scan/copy/fax, single/multi dose packaging.
Located at 72 Main Street in Fairhaven, the pharmacy is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. To contact, call 508-525-4455; fax 774-206-1692, or email fhvnrx@gmail.com. Visit them at https://fhvnrx.com.
