TOWN OF ACUSHNET PUBLIC HEARING
This is to inform you that a hearing will be held by the Board of Selectmen at the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. This hearing is on the petition of Nstar d/b/a Eversource. Request permission to locate underground cables, conduits and manholes, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, in, under, along and across the following public way or ways:
Park Drive, Acushnet
To install approximately 150’ (feet) of conduit and cable under town road between new manhole MH10048/010 and new manhole MH10048/020. Install 2 new manholes to be labelled MH10048/010 and MH10048/020
Wherefore it prays that after due notice and hearing as provided by law, it be granted a location for and permission to install and maintain underground cables, conduits, and manholes, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as it may find necessary, said underground cables, conduits, and manholes to be installed in accordance with the plan files herewith marked Plan No. 9761139 Dated September 10, 2022.
