NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The 2022 Annual Meeting of the proprietors of the Riverside Cemetery Corporation will be held starting at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2022 in the auditorium, Fairhaven Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven.
The meeting’s business will include the presentation of annual reports and the election of trustees, the Board of Trustees of the Riverside Cemetery Corporation will meet immediately after the 2022 Annual Meeting of the corporation.The business of this meeting will include the election of officers, the formation of committees, the approval of an auditor and consideration of the budget of the corporation for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023.
