Symphony on Tap is Back!
Who do you know that has never attended a classical music concert? We’re betting you know quite a few! (In 2017, The National Endowment for the Arts reported that only 8.6% of adults in the US attended a classical music performance.)
Please spread the word about Symphony on Tap – a unique concert experience at Kilburn Mill at Clarks Cove in New Bedford that’s perfect for introducing people to the NBSO. The evening features a full symphony orchestra performing in a nightclub setting – no stage, no seats, just fun, including a cash bar and kitchen, 60 minutes of dazzling music, and time to mingle with friends before and after the concert.
Doors open at 7 pm for an hour of enjoying drinks and food, followed by live music from 8–9 pm, then more time to hang out with friends, musicians, and conductor Yaniv Dinur. The bar and kitchen will stay open until 9:30. The event concludes at 10 pm. Tickets are $20. See website for COVID protocols.
