1. RZ 2022-02: 114 Sconticut Neck Road Rezone from Business (B) to Mixed-Use (M-U)
The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Rezone application: RZ 2022-02: 114 Sconticut Neck Road Rezone. The Applicant, Ronald Oliveira, is requesting a recommendation from the Planning Board to Town Meeting through the Rezoning public hearing review process to rezone their property located at 114 Sconticut Neck Road from Business (B) to Mixed-use (MU) to be considered at the Annual Town Meeting on June 18, 2022. The proposed Rezone specifically includes the following described lot which is currently shown on the zoning map as in the Business District (B) to be rezoned to the Mixed-Use (MU) District and is comprised of the following Assessor’s Map-Lot: Map 28a Lot 192.
