Well, I haven’t watched it myself yet, but it sounds like the BPW meeting (see page 19) was absolutely popcorn-worthy. Really…can you say “I changed my mind?”
That was a doozy of a storm wasn’t it? Shoveling was no fun, that’s for sure. Thank you to my neighbors who came by with their snowblowers. I was doing okay with the walkway and driveway. But when that plow came by, ugh. I thought I’d just die. But, luckily, my neighbor came by and took care of it (he didn’t break sweat). And later on my other neighbor came by and widened it a bit.
My little dog liked it much better, too.
I think we should give a shout-out to the electric company workers, too. We lost power for a few hours, but we got it back long before the storm was over. They got out there in that mess so we could flip that switch.
Honestly, it’s so much easier if there’s power, isn’t it? It just changes everything. See pages 12 & 13 (ohh…and page 6, too) for some fun pics of the storm.
The election update is on page 3. We still have a vacant slot for one of the Planning Board seats.
And, last but certainly not least, the Town Administrator search hit another snag (see page 4). Oh…let’s hope this doesn’t drag on much longer.
Time to run…see ya,
