Groundwork Southcoast is holding a Sow & Grow Give Away on Sat., 5/22 at noon, in Riverside Park at the farm and community garden (next to the basketball court).
In addition to the giveaway we will also be signing folks up to adopt the new raised beds we’re installing in the community garden we are building at the site and we are having a youth hiring event for our open youth employment positions. All of our programs are targeted to support low-income families and the giveaway and garden bed adoption are free to low-income residents. The youth positions are also designated to be for low-income youth.
