As everyone probably knows, the town has set a date for a Special Election on July 26th. This is another important step toward moving forward in our town.
This was a huge undertaking in which we had an amazing group of dedicated volunteers helping all over town. But this recall movement is not over yet. We still need to make sure that we all get out and vote.
We obviously had enough support to Recall Freitas, but that is not enough. We all need to continue to watch meetings, participate, be persistent, email board members, and pay attention.
Over 2500 people in the town have spoken and want some positive change for our town. Let’s all make sure that happens in the next two months.
