Acushnet’s annual election is this Saturday, 5/15, from 8 a.m.–6 p.m. All precincts vote at the Acushnet Elementary School, 708 Middle Road.
There is one contested race on the ballot. Marc F. Cenerizio, who is the chairperson of the Planning Commission, is challenging long time incumbent Kevin Gaspar, Sr.
All other seats are uncontested, and three seats have no candidate.
